GIVE JUSTICE TO THE PEOPLE OF REDMONT, WHO HAD THEIR PLOTS WRONGFULLY TAKEN AWAY.

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:​

PART I - PRELIMINARIES

1- Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the Deportation Possession Act
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2- Reasons and Intent

(1) Recent judicial decisions to take away plots from players has caused minor outrage.
(2) This bill would help players get their land back even after the case is dismissed by prejudice.
(3) Any player who is/was deported, but had made a previous deal with another citizen with a building as collateral and had since stopped making payments due to deportation or any other reason, the collateral will then be given to the player who the deal was made with.
(4) If a contractual deal or an agreement in any form that is documented and is made between the new owner of the building and a player, then the building will be sold to the player for whatever price they agreed to, or if none is decided, 1.5x the most recent purchase price.

PART II-EFFECTIVENESS

(1) This bill shall affect all judicial decisions made within the past 3 months.
