Amend the Appropriations Act - JUNE 2025​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘Department of State Extra Allocation Act’.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been co-authored by DSotH Pepecuu.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by SotH Omegabiebel.

2 - Reasons
(1) The Department of State requires additional allocations for this month to pay their employees as their pay had not been handled for the last two months, this is a temporary increase and should be returned to normal in ‘Appropriations Act - July 2025’.

3 - Amendment
(1) §4 of the Appropriations Act - JUNE 2025 shall be amended as follows:
4 - Departments will be apportioned the following from the Government Balance:
(1) Department of State (DOS): $350,000 $450,000;
(2) Department of Homeland Security (DHS) $150,000;
(3) Department of Justice (DOJ): $250,000;
(4) Department of Commerce (DOC): $600,000;
(5) Department of Public Affairs (DPA): $410,000;
(6) Department of Construction and Transportation (DCT) $300,000;
(7) Department of Health (DOH): $350,000;
(8) Department of Interior (DOI): $750,000;
(9) Department of Education (DOE): $650,000.
