Protect Citizen Rights​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “DemocracyCraft Constitution amendment Act (IV) January 2021”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted after a referendum .

2 - Reasons
(1) We want to make sure that citizens' rights cannot be taken away unless citizens agree on doing so, and this bill will protect those rights.

3 - Change
(1)”The Democracycraft Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it, subject only to such reasonable limits codified within this constitution that are justified in a free and democratic server.” will be changed to “The Democracycraft Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it, subject only to such reasonable limits codified within this constitution that are justified in a free and democratic server. The rights of this constitution cannot be removed unless there's unanimous agreement in both chambers of the Congress and there's at least 70% assent in a public referendum as well as Presidential Assent.”
