The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “DemocracyCraft Constitution Amendment Act (III) January 2021”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted after a referendum.
2 - Reasons
(1) To assure the Independence of Powers, no one can be part of more than 1 power (the Government/cabinet (Executive), the Congress (Legislative), the Court (Judiciary)).
3 - Change
(1)”The Government of DemocracyCraft is separated into three arms of Government: the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judiciary.” will be changed to “The Government of DemocracyCraft is separated into three arms of Government: the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judiciary. To ensure the independence of the three arms, no one can be part of more than one arm (meaning this the Cabinet, the chambers of the Congress and the Court). If a player runs for Representative, Senator or President while being from another arm and gets elected, they will have to choose between being what they have been chosen to become or keeping their current position in the other arm.”
