How do you plan on using your grant funding?
Deutsche Bank Investment Bank AG is developing Deutsche Bank Markets, a client-facing platform for managed TSE investment activity.

TSE already provides the exchange infrastructure for trading, portfolio viewing, balances, recent trades, and market data. DBIB’s project is different: the aim is to build a managed investment platform around TSE, where clients can allocate capital to DBIB-managed strategies, receive clearer performance reporting, and access a more hands-off investment service.

Many users do not have the time to monitor TSE markets constantly or react to sudden market changes. DBIB’s quantitative strategies are designed to operate continuously and manage capital more actively than a typical user could manually.

The grant would be used for:
- client portal development
- backend ledger and portfolio accounting systems
- automated client reporting
- TSE API, hosting, and infrastructure costs
- legal/compliance review and client agreements
- testing, documentation, and initial deployment

DBIB is already registered as an Investment Bank and has started operating a TSE-based trading strategy. We have also begun producing automated portfolio reports, balance sheets, and income statements. The grant would help turn this internal setup into a more reliable client-facing platform.
