Encourage Criminal Roleplay


The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'CRRA Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(3) This Act has been authored by: bibsfi4a

(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by HiPerb

2 - Reasons

1) Make it fair in Criminal vs Police battles.
2) Encourage Criminal Roleplay
3) Ammend the LDV thoughts and prayers act.

3- Amendments


From
A player must file an appeal to reactivate their firearm license
to
1. The government can take away the firearm license of one but that won't result in the player not being able to use the gun, it is still illegal to have possession of guns without a firearm license.
Per offence: 10 minutes jailtime and $1000


3- Measures taken to encourage criminal roleplay.

1. The criminal now has the right to decline a fine (/fine accept and /fine decline) , if the fine is declined the government has the right to seize the property of the individual, if the criminal owns no property he can be fined after being jailed.
2. This bill bans the use of invisiblity potions for police officers and criminal for a fair fight,
Per offence: $100 fine
