Reduce Tax Evasion​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Corporate Tax Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted on the 1st of January.

2 - Reasons
(1) Currently many players stash their wealth away in corporate balances to avoid taxation indefinitely.
(2) With Corporate Taxes, we will be able to decrease the regular Personal Balance Tax across the board, which is a positive for the working class.

3 - Terms
(1) Once plugin support is implemented, Corporate Balances shall be taxed at a rate of 1% per week. The DEC may decide to grant or deny exemptions to non-profits, towns, and/or financial institutions on a case by case basis.
(2) Until plugin support is implemented, Corporate Balances shall be capped to $100,000.00 per registered company and $10,000.00 per unregistered company. Breach of this law shall constitute criminal Tax Evasion. The DEC may decide to grant or deny exemptions to non-profits, towns, and/or financial institutions on a case by case basis.
