BILL
To
Amend the Constitution
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Constitutional Amendment October 2021 (Supreme Court Section) Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Representative 1950minecrafter
(4) The Act has been penned by: Aladeen21
2 - Reasons
Currently the AG is not included in the Supreme Court jurisdiction, and as part of the executive, they should be added too.
3 - Change the following sub-section on the ''SUPREME COURT'' section.
Change:
Powers of the Supreme Court
Only the Supreme Court shall hear cases that would remove a person/persons from the following
positions: Representatives, Secretary, Senator, Judge, Vice-President, Principal Officers, General Advisors, President.
To:
Powers of the Supreme Court
Only the Supreme Court shall hear cases that would remove a person/persons from the following
