Create an Official Register of Co-Operatives​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Co-Operatives Act 2021" or "Co-Ops Act January 2021"
(2) This act shall take effect upon signage

2- Workers who don’t want to work for others have the right to unite in order to work together and help each other. That’s why we think Co-Operatives should be implemented as they are actually meant for that.

3- A Co-Operative is an association of workers that unite voluntarily to work together, help each other and organize themselves democratically.
(1) The DEC will open a new forum for the Registration of the Co-operatives on DC forums where workers will be able to apply their Co-operative.
(2) Everyone will be allowed to create them as long as they are non-government jobs (this is because there can’t be any company of these jobs as they are run by the Government).
(3) The minimum number of members in a Co-operative is 3 workers.

Reasoning:

• Co-Operatives are already able to operate if businesses outline it as their corporate structure when they register for the business.
• There has been little to no demand for co-ops in the business sphere of the server. Therefore I do not believe it warrants another application process separate from ordinary businesses.
