1.1. This is a commission pay policy pursuant to the Redmont Economic Standards Act § 10.
2. Charge types:
2.1. Implementing an Act of Congress shall be chargeable as OCA.IAOC.
2.1.1. For each law that is purported to be amended or repealed by and Act of Congress there shall be one charge of OCA.IAOC.A.
2.1.1.1. There may be a maximum of four charges of OCA.IAOC.A for every OCA.IAOC charge.
2.1.2. Should a law be purported to be amended in three or more sections, there shall be one charge of OCA.IAOC.A.S for every three amended sections in that law.
2.1.2.1. Each OCA.IAOC.A charge shall permit the charging of up to ten OCA.IAOC.A.S charges. The limit shall be treated as a combined total for each OCA.IAOC charge. The total amount of OCA.IAOC.A.S charges for each OCA.IAOC charge may not exceed twenty.
2.1.3. Should an Act of Congress purport to amend more than a total of 40 sections of law, there shall be one charge of OCA.IAOC.B
2.2. Implementing a Motion to Amend shall be chargeable as OCA.PMA.
2.2.1 For each section of the proposed bill or resolution that is amended there shall be one charge of OCA.PMA.S.
2.2.1.1 There may be a maximum of five charges of OCA.PMA.S for every OCA.PMA charge.
2.3. Fixing an error in an Act of Congress shall be chargeable as OCA.FEIL.
2.3.1. Per law there shall be a maximum of one OCA.FEIL charge per week per person.
2.4. Implementing a Motion not covered under 2.2 shall be chargeable as OCA.PM.
