Exempt charities and other non-profit organizations from corporate tax

The people of DemocracyCraft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Charity Tax Exemption Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: President Pro Tempore GoldBlooded

2 - Reasons
(1) Charities should not have to pay corporate tax since they are beneficial to society.

3 - Definitions
(1) Charity-
a. Any non-profit organization that uses revenue coming from donations or other legal sources to offer free services such as food to those in need.

4 - Terms
(1) Charities shall hereby be exempt from any and all corporate tax.
(2) For-profit organizations shall not funnel funds into charities for the purpose of evading corporate tax.

5 - Enforcement
(1) If a company or other for-profit organization is found using charities or other tax-exempt organizations for the purpose of evading corporate tax, they shall be charged with tax evasion.
 

Presidential Assent

This bill has been granted Presidential Assent and is hereby signed into law.

Abolish all forms of charities

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

2 - Reasons
(1) The government would be better offer disturbing money via lower taxation than keeping charities that allow companies to become tax havens.
(2) This is Minecraft where players have the wild to gather materials for themselves and live in the wild. No player is forced to live in the city.
(3) There are numerous stores where items can be found cheaply
(4) Recently starter balance was raised so players can afford to buy items without having to spend too much on goods. If they need money then they can do /vote which earns them $420 per day.
3 - Removal of Charities

(1) Repeal Charity Tax Exemption Act.
