General Notes

President Austin-

• President will be away from the 5th to the 20th of July and won't be active in-game.
• All government department servers will be public soon
• General plans from the cabinet; will be announced in the coming weeks
• Cabinet held an internal vote for a proposal from President Austin; the cabinet was in favor, will be announced in the coming weeks
• Discussed the Press Conference on Saturday; general update to the citizens on this week's accomplishments

DOJ
Progress:

• Held a department vote for deputy sec
• Added offices for PO's
• Updating spreadsheet
• Moving a lot of the discord channels to the forums
• Almost finished with the PO guide
• Increase hiring for European people
• Updating training guide for Sergeant
• Added a mentor program
• Going through the impounds and potentially auction them off soon

DCT
Progress:

• Hired another constructor
• Progress on West expansion
• Convincing potential constructors to apply
• Talked about West expansion pricing

DPA
Progress:

• Archived the two events per week
• Cross-server soccer event with BC on July 23rd with tryouts starting on July 17th
• Digi will be leaving DC soon so DPA will be picking a new deputy secretary
• Hired tons of new people
• Added voting so more people have a say in the department

Progress

• National Park is complete, touch-ups
• Deputy is caught up with ranger payments; introduced a new payment system for rangers

DOH
Progress:

• Deputy is working on a presentation
• Testing how many doctors we need
• Seeing hiring doctors in specific timezones
• Fixing players refusal treatment
• Medical specialist is working on their spreadsheets for the whole patient system

DEC

• Picking a new sectary for DEC and opened a forum of interest to see who will lead the team.
