Set Better Formatting Requirements for Willow Bills​

The residents of Willow, through their elected representatives in the CouncilCommission and the force of law ordained to that CouncilCommission by the people through the Willow ConstitutionCharter, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the Bill Formatting Amendment Act.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by EmeraldGuuy.
(4) This Act amends the following Acts:

(a) Willow Bill Formats

2 - Reasons
(1) The current Willow bill formatting is outdated and needs updating.
(2) It looks really, really bad. You have no idea.

3 - Amendments
(1) The Willow Bill Format shall be amended as follows:
