What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? We solve the problems that players often face when purchasing a property. This includes finding out details about properties and discovering a property that fits each individual effectively for their personal needs. What seperates us from our competitors is that we understand the competitive nature of the market and will work tirelessly to serve clients
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? If provided the $10,000 as requested through the start-up grant, our company will be able to purchase a property that will accelerate growth for long-term success. We are only a small company at the moment, but this would be a boost to grow ourselves.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? We have expertise in property management and the property search. To us, it is not only about finding the right property, but about finding a sanctuary to our clients.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? We intend to use the grant funds to purchase a property which will allow us to acquire more clientele for our business.
