Clarify DoI Repair Responsibilities​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:​

PART I — PRELIMINARIES
1 - Short Title and Enactment

(A) This Act may be cited as the “Better DoI Repair Act”.​

(B) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.​

​

(C) This Act has been authored by Representative Gluonmaster.​

(D) This act has been sponsored by Representative Gluonmaster.​

​

(E) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representatives MJL and Stanley.​

​

(F) This Act amends the following act:​

(i) Executive Standards Act​

PART 2 — Contents

1 - Amendments to the Executive Standards

(1) The Executive Standards Act shall be amended like so:
"13 - Department of the Interior

(1) The Department of the Interior is charged with the following primary responsibilities:

(a) Maintaining the natural aesthetic of the nation and surrounding lands through repairing and revitalising the natural landscape,
developing natural wonders, and strategically managing and conserving natural resources.

(i) To clarify, the DoI may choose to coordinate the repair of wilderness landscapes with groups that inhabit the wilderness;​

(ii) The DoI shall never be used to repair buildings for groups that inhabit the wilderness.​

(b) Regulating farming practices and resource collection.

(c) Administration of a animal shelters, zoos, urban parks, and national parks.

(d) Management of a Government Tender program and Supply Depot.
