The Office of Congressional Affairs, inspired by its mandate to properly implement and process the laws of the Commonwealth of Redmont, does hereby enact the following provisions into its training corpus:

PART I — PRELIMINARIES

1. Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘Bee Rights Amendment Act’

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(3) This Act has been authored by DoLA NullaPoene.

(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by No-One.

(5) This Act amends the following acts:

(a) Redmont Corporate Entities Act

(b)

2. Reasons and Intent

PART II — Amendments

(1) Section 2 shall be amended as follows:

"

(2) Damages Compensatory Damages at least partially caused or worsened by violation of (1) shall be trebled.

2. Amendments to the Redmont Corporate Entities Act

(1) Section 9 shall be amended as follows:

"
(1) An agent of an Incorporated Entity must act:
(a) in good faith;
(b) on an informed basis;
(c) with the care a reasonable person in a similar position and circumstance would exercise;
(d) in a manner the agent reasonably believes to be in the best interests of the entity and, by extension, of its interest holders or, in the case of a foundation, of its purpose; and
(e) with the respect for the traditions of the incorporated Entity.
(e) in a manner which respects the bees working for that incorporated Entity.
"

(2) The words "sole proprietorship" in section 84 shall be replaced by the words "sole proprietorship or general partnership."
