BILL
TO

Change the law 13.14 and to rewrite its punishment.

The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Bank Robbery Reform Act".
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Bill was authored by Representative Th0re_

2 - Purpose
(1) The purpose of this bill is to rewrite and change the punishments of the Bank Robbery law.
(2) The Punishments will be new and more reasonable, fitted to the stolen amount from the bank.

3 - Reasons
(1) The Punishments for the law 13.14 are not fittable, they may not cover the stolen amount.
(2) The stolen amount should be returned by the criminal to the bank.
(3) If the criminal would be able to steal more than $1000, the punishment will not be enough in comparison to the stolen amount, the bank will lose money.

4 – Terms
Replace "13.14 - Bank Robbery
The act or instance of stealing from a bank.
Per offence: $1000 fine + 10 minutes Jail

With “13.14 - Bank Robbery
The act or instance of stealing from a bank.
Per Offence: $1000 Fine + Fine of Stolen amount of $ + 15 minutes Jail.
(The stolen amount of $ will be returned to the bank.)
