What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? Trinet Solutions is an upcoming company that plans to connect companies with prospective new hires. Many businesses can't find employees often waiting long time just to find potential candidates. Trinet Solutions plans to eliminate this by allowing companies to make jobs descriptions for available positions with qualifications. Our company will match resumes of people to these jobs and allow the company to interview these candidates. We also plan to help people looking for contractors to use the same service and get them matched with a contractor for their needs.
Another problem we want to solve is Payroll. While a minor problem, employees have a hard time trying to manage their salaries from their jobs at various companies. In addition, employers might pay employees in banks or other services that they do not use and end up having to do more work just to manage their money. Our solution is to allow companies to pay us through any bank or service that we have. Then we will distribute salaries to employees based on their preferences of where they want their money to be. We will also make agreements with banks and other financial services to allow money to go directly to specialized accounts.
We are different from competitors as we are the first company to allow easier hiring connections between employers and employees. We also allow companies to easily give money to employees without much stress from the employee to manage their funds.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? We plan to generate revenue by charging companies to post job descriptions and contract requests to our company and matching to possible candidates. This will allow employees to be able to get free exposure to top companies through us and would want to us our service. We also plan to generate money by introducing fees for our payroll services for the easier management for the company.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? I have worked in several companies in the past and know many administrative skills needed to manage a company. I am also working as the VP of Human Resources at Virtus LLC in which I hire players for the company and interview them to see if they are fit for the job. I have also worked with many banks before and know how to use these services for payroll managements. Lastly, I also have many connections with companies that need hiring and will get me a good amount of starting customers.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? We plan to use grant funds to start up our business. We will invest in a discord server so we can create a platform for interfacing with clients. We will also have an advertisement campaign to promote our products and show the usefulness of our company. We will also use it in the future to hire employees, build interfaces for customers to interact with, building a headquarters, and secure funding for future projects.
