The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1- Short title and Enactment
(1) this act may be refered to as the Artificial Island act
(2) this act should be enacted immediately upon its signage
(3) this act where written by Representative FTGWop
(4) this bill where drafted by FTGWop
(5) this act has been co-sponsored by Rep: Yeet_Boy

2- Reasons
(1) it would be cool to have some islands in the waters outside of the main island where Reveille and all the towns are placed
(2) it could work like people could purchase their own islands and have buildings on them
(3) it would benefit the citizens of redmont

3- Terms
(1) the islands needs to be large
(2) every island thats get bought by citizens needs to atleast have 1 building on them
(3) everybody will be allowed to visit those islands so nobody can ban people from entering them
