The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Armorer Licenses Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) Authored by Representative Outpacing, co-sponsored by Senator JoanM999 and Representative UnityMaster
(4) Approved by DoJ Secretary Dusty_3

2 Reasons for Proposal
(1) To reduce the amount of higher-grade guns.
(2) When a citizen joins and becomes an armorer, they can make any sort of gun. This bill is a way to make it where the citizen who is an armorer will have a Gun Grade License when they first get their Job, but they must meet a certain playtime to upgrade their Gun Grade License (GGL).
(3) To regulate the firearms market and decrease the number of dangerous weapons ending up in the hands of criminals.


3 - Terms
(1)Armorers must complete the Firearm Exam first, then they can get their Gun Grade License.
(2)Armorers must meet the playtime requirements to upgrade their Gun Grade License.
(3)Police officers are allowed to check their Gun Grade License at any time.
(4)If an armorer is selling a gun above their Grade License fines include:
-First offense: $75
-Second offense: $150 + Jail time (5 Minutes)
-Third offense: $250 + Jail time (10 Minutes)
(5)Gun Grade I (Handguns/Pistols, Shotguns, & Rifles) (Automatically have when becoming Armorer)
Gun Grade II (Heavy Weapons) 48 Hours of playtime
Gun Grade III (Military Weapons) 72 Hours of playtime
