The Federal Reserve Board must promptly appoint a successor to ensure continuity of leadership and operational stability.

As present Lieutenant Governor of the Federal Reserve Bank, jJoshuaTheGreat is the natural successor following the Governor’s resignation.

(i) Role Assignment
jJoshuaTheGreat is hereby nominated to assume the role of Governor of the Federal Reserve Bank, effective upon approval by the Federal Reserve Board.

(ii) Responsibilities
The Governor shall:

• Ensuring the good management of the FRB.
• Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Execute the laws and policy within the purview of the FRB.

(iii) Public Communication
A statement from the Federal Reserve Board will be issued to announce the appointment and reaffirm the FRB’s commitment to transparency, effective governance, and economic stability.

This appointment shall take effect immediately upon passage by the Federal Reserve Board.
