How do you plan on using your grant funding?
If funded, we will be transforming space in Little Spain (one plot that has already been acquired through loans, the other that I wish to acquire), and create space for shops, offices, and the creation of a New Player Center where Tourists can get starter resources easily and cheaply.

To achieve these goals, the following will be used with the grant:

1. Pay off debt on current plot, and purchase neighbor plot (if current owner allows)
2. Hire contractors to renovate existing plot to allow for more shop and office space.
3. Build the New Player Center, or expand current plot in the event I am not able to buy the neighbor plot.

If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.

Sorry for the delay. My vision for this new player center is to be multi-faceted to engage new players in finding their desired trade while also providing new resources. To start, we will have your basic wheat and bamboo farms, with the plan to expand with animals, fishing, sugarcane, and wool farms. I would also provide space in the new player center for small chest shops that will be free to rent as long as players have <24 hours of playtime.
