To


Protect the state from foreign interference and to amend the Constitution.

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Allegiance Act.”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately for any future declarations post this bill being signed into law. Any currently declared candidates or serving Representatives or Senators are exempt until they are next up for election.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Aladeen

2 - Reasons
(1) To ensure that the senior officials in Government are focused on the affairs of the Commonwealth of Redmont.

3 - Allegiance
(1) In order to serve as a Senior Government Official, the office holder must not hold an office as a Senior Government Official in a foreign state concurrently.
(2) Removal will be within the grounds of impeachment for breaching this act.

4 - Senior Government Official
(1) A member of the following:
- Elected office in the State Legislature
- A member of the Supreme Court
- A member of Cabinet
