To


Protect the state from foreign interference and amend the Constitution.

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Allegiance Act.”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Deputy Speaker. Figo, Senator. xerxesmc and Senator. Huney

2 - Reasons
(1) To ensure that the senior officials in Government are focused on the affairs of the Commonwealth of Redmont. A foreign first lady that's a government official in another nation could oppose a threat to foreign interference. No allegations are being sent towards the current presidency with this bill, but the opportunity is there.

3 - Allegiance
(1) In order to serve as a Senior Government Official, the officeholder must not hold an office as a Senior Government Official in a foreign state concurrently.
(2) Removal will be within the grounds of impeachment for breaching this act.
(2) Any spouses of the Presidency shall not hold a government position in a foreign state.
(3) Removal will be within the grounds of impeachment for breaching this act or removal from the formal position.


4 - Senior Government Official
(1) A member of the following:
- Elected office in the State Legislature
- A member of the Supreme Court
- A member of the Cabinet

5 - Senior Government Official Spouses
(1) Presidential Spouses:
- First Lady
- Second Lady
- First Gentlemen
- Second Gentlemen
