Amend the
Criminal Code Act

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont
, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment


(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Aircraft Parking Regulations Act'​
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.​
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative girlfailcoded.​
(4) This Act has been sponsored by Representative girlfailcoded and co-sponsored by Representative Talion77​

2 - Reasons


(1) It is imperative that we crack down on this behavior, as it degrades our very culture as Redmontians.​
(2) If this law is not passed as soon as possible, it is very likely our government will be overwhelmed by bad actors, causing a crisis that staff may have to get involved with to stop.​

3 - Amendment

(a) Part V of the Criminal Code Act shall be amended to include the following crime:​
8 - Unlawful Parking of an Aircraft
Offence Type: Summary
Penalty: 1 Penalty Units
A person commits an offence if the person:
(a) places or lands a vehicle capable of controlled flight within 40 blocks of the Department of State’s building in Reveille during an active vote of any type, so long as that vote is being held within the Department of State’s building.
Relevant Law:
(b) Part V of the Criminal Code Act shall be additionally amended as follows:​
9 - Resisting Arrest
Offence Type: Summary​
Penalty: 1 Penalty Units​
A person commits an offence if the person:​
(a) disregards or defies a directive given by a law enforcement officer while being arrested.​

10 - Illicit Weapon Offences
Offence Type: Summary​
Penalty: 5 Penalty Units​
A person commits an offence if the person:​
(a) possesses, sells, or distributes weaponry without appropriate license.​
