What grant are you applying for? Start-up Grant
What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? We'll solve the problem of recruiting and employer branding for companies. We'll also be able to pair companies with employees who sign up to our employment program.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? I plan on generating revenue by taking out a fee from companies who want us to recruit people for their business. The fee is based on how many emplyees they need, and how advanced the position is.
To grow the business, I'll invest money in marketing, and as we get more clients I'll hire more people.
My vision for the company is to cover every firm's recruitment needs. To be able to do this, I'll have to hire people who handles the clients, and marketing emplyees.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? I have no experience in neither HR or marketing. Except for a couple of university degrees. I would consider my self good at selling.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? I'll use some of the funds for marketing. I expect that to get our name out to the people searching for jobs and also copanies who have trouble finding the competence.
I might hire one employee to help with the head-hunting part. To be able to handle more clients.
The company will be divided like this:
Marketing,
Head hunting,
Sales.
