Your honor,
I would ask for clarification on how it is distasteful?
As per Rule 1.12 3 (c), Griswold provides both the factual and historical background of the legal theory of Penumbral Rights.
Since people are not satisfied with this, I'll state more reasons I am unhappy with this bill:
- DoC would get power to arbitrarily freeze assets (no due process for unreasonable seizure)
- DoC would get to access accounts of financial institutions (no due process for unreasonable search)

Nay - "Super Acts" like this one are, with few exceptions, too complicated for the average citizen to read and understand.
Having these regulations spread out across the four acts they're already in actually helps readability.
Furthermore, making this "Super Act" makes it far too easy to hide...

IN RE [2026] FCR 65 | [2026] SCR 23
I apologize for the subpar formatting of this post. I am writing this on my phone due to my continued IRL circumstances.

Nay - Advertising should never be allowed within polling places, which should remain neutral always.
Furthermore it becomes very difficult to enforce. What happens if a billboard is put up within 50 blocks of a polling place and it is not taken down when an election begins?
The action was...
Nay - There is absolutely no reason that two Senators should be able to unilaterally make a decision for the Senate. This bill is precisely the opposite of Democracy; attempting to create Oligarchy.
