To those watching, the judiciary has decided to do FOI Appeals in a similar fashion to how we process warrants. Both parties are briefing the court on their stances, and this will be a conversational type of case where the court can ask questions...

Since you are the last one in this court at the moment make sure the door is locked and the lights are out when you leave for the day.
After reviewing information, the following shall happen:
1. @Imza is hereby appointed to represent the Defense.
2. The Defense shall have 48 hours to submit its Answer to the Complaint.
3. The motion for default judgment is denied.

I wanted to let the parties know the following:
1. I am the only sitting Judge on the FCR at this moment, so naturally I should be presiding over this case;
2. The Plaintiff's legal counsel employed me during the time of this filing, and as such I don't feel right in presiding over this case...
I will be taking over this case for the time being.
Can both counsels respond to exactly what is still outstanding in Discovery so we can move forward?
Given the significance of this case as a constitutional matter and that the Commonwealth was within a reasonable time of the deadline, I shall deny the objection. This case shall move forward.
