@DeltaruneTMRW , is required to appear before the district Court in the case of corstkiller00 v. DeltaruneTMRW [2025] DCR 79

ORDER - SUA SPONTE DISMISSAL
The Court is an impartial arbiter of justice for parties that approach it, it is not for this Court to create justice for any other purpose. Plaintiff approaches this Court seeking punitive damages for alleged...
@Aboundedcomet
The Court ordered Defendant (#4) to "remove the video specifically mentioned in P-004, if it is in part inclusive of P-002." The Court expected Defendant to remove the video linked in the Peter Biffin Party post that was uploaded by Defendant on Sept 28th 2025, 23:19 (P-002)...
Okay.
@ThePuffer, you asked for more time with Discovery. Rule 4.5 allows parties to extend it by 3 days. Since its a motion, parties would usually agree in advance and then the Court actions it. I need to give opposing counsel an opportunity to be heard. I'm trying to be fair to everyone.
IRL...
I hold @ThePuffer in Contempt of Court. He shall be fined $500.00
The Court must allow opposing party to respond to a motion. Furthermore directly demanding an answer from the Court is highly improper.
Deadline for responses is October 11th, 2025 @ 14:00 EST.
Feel free to respond before that!
This modifies all deadlines aforementioned (Court was trying to be helpful, but is now confused with everyone's time zones lol - mb!)
Actually disregard my prior statement. The OSC returnable to the Court is prior to a dispositive motion, the Court sees it in the interest of justice that the Defendant be heard.
I'll hear you on the OSC by 10/11/25 @ 13:37 EST.

Defendant has failed to appear within the time prescribed
A public defender will not be called as the Defendant is active and has responded to other cases before the Court.
Discovery shall last 5 days, ending on 10/12/2025 @ 12:00AM EST. (extra 38 mins for simplicity)
The Court reminds parties that they may agree to end discovery early if they so wish.

ORDER - Motion to Reconsider #20
Denied,
As to Plaintiff’s point one, a Court has yet to find a violation of the No More Defamation Act, so the assertion that “political communication is irrelevant here” is prejudicial. Furthermore, the...
