Okay. @ThePuffer, you asked for more time with Discovery. Rule 4.5 allows parties to extend it by 3 days. Since its a motion, parties would usually agree in advance and then the Court actions it. I need to give opposing counsel an opportunity to be heard. I'm trying to be fair to everyone. IRL...

I hold @ThePuffer in Contempt of Court. He shall be fined $500.00 The Court must allow opposing party to respond to a motion. Furthermore directly demanding an answer from the Court is highly improper.
