@MrICEKING can you provide a detailed cost breakdown and business plan. Also can you elaborate on what specifically you mean by "Establish a sustainable and efficient agricultural operation in Willow Town."? Willow is an agricultural town. Also are you aware you cannot purchase land in willow?
