This bill will only establish the process of the execution itself. Should there be a death row, or however the punishment be used, will be in a different bill. The firing squad method also doesn't work because of chat logs. I will be amending this bill to use a different method of execution.

A level 4 wage ($35/15 minutes) is the base rate of Government Employees. When there is a commission present, a level 5 wage may be used ($30/15 minutes). There is no reason to have two levels of commission pay. All government workers should have a wage.

There is a level of wage specifically for when there is commission: "Level 5: $30/15min - A lesser rate where commissions are also present."

They will still make commission. They will just get a wage as well
