The Defense has not provided an Opening Statement. I hereby charge the Public Defender Program with Contempt of Court. I order a $2500 fine. I will still allow an Opening Statement to be filed within the next 24 hours.

I hereby find Nebrasken64 in Contempt of Court for failing to appear. The sentencing will be announced later. I am also appointing a Public Defender, as this is a criminal case.
