:abs: - The idea is not offensive but the text seems quite restrictive (12 month IP protections only for buildings?), and simultaneously doesn't provide for a mechanism to determine when a build is considered "created". Simultaneously, doesn't protect the IP of buildings during their construction.

:nay: - Congress as a colegial body is more able to make more neutral reccomendations which is positive for the current intent of the FRB as an Independent Central bank. Changing this would be agreeable to me, but just changing appointment seems counterproductive.
