Executive Order 66/26 - Dino Nugget Rule
By the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution
I, Anton Frontier, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:
Whereas, a "President may issue and revoke Executive Orders to ensure good governance of the server" (Const. 24(5)), and the President "may grant reprieves and pardons to individuals charged with breaking the law" (Const. 24(1));
Whereas, Executive Order 58/26 declared every Saturday to be Dino Nugget Saturday, but left the dino nugget itself without any official standing on the other six days of the week, an oversight the Executive can no longer in good conscience ignore;
Whereas, the Commonwealth has an Official Food in the pancake and an Official Drink in tea (EO 04/26), but has never named an official nugget, and the nugget aisle has accordingly been left to govern itself;
Whereas, the dino nugget remains the one matter on which no party, faction or bench of this Commonwealth has yet been found to disagree, and the Executive does not intend to waste it;
Whereas, the dinosaurs were never consulted about their extinction, and the least the Commonwealth can do in return is name a nugget after them;
Whereas, YoshiKarter has advocated for the dino nugget with a persistence normally reserved for tax cuts, and has been heard on the subject well beyond what any committee requested of them;
Whereas, a pardon "must be retrospective to a charge" and "issued only in the form of a signed document released to the public" (Const. 49), and this Order is so issued;
Whereas, YoshiKarter holds one (1) wanted star for the murder of sys_crashed;

Section 1. Purpose
1. The purposes of this Order are:
a. to designate the dino nugget as the Official Nugget of the Commonwealth of Redmont;
b. to give the dino nugget on weekdays the standing that Executive Order 58/26 gave it on Saturdays;
c. to recognise the most vocal supporter of the dino nugget with an honorary title; and
d. to pardon YoshiKarter for the murder charge set out in Section 4.
Section 2. Official Nugget
1. The dino nugget, informally known as "dino nuggies", is hereby designated the Official Nugget of the Commonwealth of Redmont.
2. Citizens are encouraged to enjoy the Official Nugget on any day of the week, and in particular on Dino Nugget Saturday as declared by Executive Order 58/26.
3. This designation is ceremonial. It is not a National Symbol within the meaning of Executive Order 48/26, and it does not affect the pancake's standing as the Official Food of the Commonwealth under Executive Order 04/26. The nugget and the pancake are expected to coexist peacefully, and breakfast is outside the scope of this Order.
Section 3. Honorary Title
1. The following individual is granted their respective honorary title:
YoshiKarter - the Heir of Dino Nuggies
2. This title is honorary and symbolic. It confers no legal right, power, privilege or rank, has no effect in game or on any official platform, and is not an order, honour or award under the Honours and Awards Act.
3. This title may be amended or revoked by any sitting President by future Executive Order. The Executive does not expect this to be necessary, provided the holder never at any point describes the nuggets as "just chicken".
Section 4. Pardon
1. Pursuant to Const. 24(1) and 49, YoshiKarter is hereby pardoned for the charge of Murder arising from the killing of sys_crashed, being one (1) wanted star.
2. The Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security shall action this pardon promptly upon signing, removing the associated charge, wanted points and records.
3. Any fine paid or imprisonment served in respect of the pardoned charge shall not be reimbursed, save where a court orders otherwise.
4. This pardon does not extinguish any civil liability or claim for restitution arising from the conduct pardoned, applies to no other charge, and shall not be construed as establishing any expectation of future clemency.
Section 5. No Obligation
1. Nothing in this Order compels any citizen to eat anything, enjoy anything, or hold any particular view on dino nuggets or anything surrounding them.
2. No citizen shall be fined, prosecuted, or thought less of for declining the Official Nugget.
3. No funds of the Commonwealth are appropriated by this Order, and no department shall incur expenditure in connection with it.
Section 6. Implementation
1. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon its signing.
