TO
Amend the Constitution​

The residents of Willow, through their elected representatives in the Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the people through the Willow Constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:


1- Short Title and Enactment
(1) This act will be called the Matters of Humor and Vanity Amendment Act.
(2) This Act has been authored by Paintballsteven and co-authored by spoonforknife.
(3) This Act has been sponsored by spoonforknife
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by EmeraldGuuy LemonRollz.

2- Reasons and Intent
(1) We NEED this.

ARTICLE XI. MATTERS OF HUMOR AND VANITY​


The national anthem of the town of Willow is Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture.


The national animals of Willow are dogs and cats.

:abs: - I do not believe we should clutter our Charter/Constitution like this. On the contrary, this is funny and if it's one away from being successful in the Commission, I will change my vote to Aye, however until that possibly happens, I will be abstaining. Whenever I abstain or nay an act, I will try to do my best in the future to explain why, for transparency.t

PS: Members of the Commission, this is not a requirement to put your vote in the comments like this. I am doing it for the reason I just stated.

:nay: - I have changed my mind, we should not be cluttering our Charter like this. It’s funny and in any other case I would be fine with this, however We don’t want clutter. Me no like Ai slop. Re-propose this not as a charter amendment, without the ai slop, and a few more amendments and I would be fine with it.

:nay: -Third and final vote, original stance still stands as I don't believe we should clutter our Constitution. If I abstained, this would've passed. We can't clutter it like this. While funny, I won't just abstain and let this pass.
