EXECUTIVE ORDER
RECOGNITION OF THE INDEPENDENCE OF LIL RUSSIA
Whereas, the MZ Council of the territory commonly known as "Lil Russia" (Plot c995) have demonstrated a sustained and effective administration of their internal affairs
Whereas, the leaders of Lil Russia have expressed a clear and unambiguous desire for self-determination and international recognition
Whereas, the Fairground district has historically maintained a singular identity with the territory of Lil Russia, and MZ Council. Leadership of Lil Russia has asserted a legitimate and recognized claim to this land.
Whereas, the Commonwealth acknowledges the right of peoples to self-determination to ensure the prosperity of all citizens in the region.
Section 1. Recognition of Sovereignty
1. The Commonwealth of Redmond hereby formally recognizes the independent nation of "Lil Russia" (Plot c995) as a free and sovereign state under God-Tsarina Vernicia and her Council with other land around be able to be negotiated for possible recognition to this nation
2. This recognition affirms the right of the Leaders of Mezimoří to exercise full authority over its internal affairs, subject only to the terms of any future treaties or agreements entered into with the Commonwealth.
3. The Executive Office shall instruct the Department of State to establish official diplomatic relations with the Government of Lil Russia at the earliest opportunity.
Section 2. Recognition of Territorial Claims
1. The Commonwealth formally recognizes the claim of Lil Russia over the Fairground district, acknowledging it as an integral part of the sovereign territory of Lil Russia (Plot c995) in addition to all neighboring territory owned by MZ members.
2. The Commonwealth hereby renounces any prior administrative claims to the Fairground district and affirms that it shall henceforth be considered within the exclusive jurisdiction of Lil Russia.
3. In exchange Mezimoří renounced their historical claim on the Northern business district that was seized in the past and forgives expulsion from Oakridge by redmont.
Section 3. Enactment
1. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon its signage.
2. The Secretary of State is hereby directed to deliver official notice of this recognition
