Nay - Despite the motion to amend passing, I believe that this bill still has too many flaws and motioning to amend all of them would be less productive than passing a new one, which has already been proposed.

Aye - with the upcoming huge player boom, we need to reduce plot hoarding. Note that all those who currently exceed the plot limitations can keep their plots but cannot buy anymore plots.
