The constitution clearly states that everyone has the right to run for and participate in elected office. The discord requirement was explicitly repealed. Therefore since we need to uphold these constitutional obligations, this bill must pass. aye.

It's something that's going to be used very very little. I think Staff overrides the better tool in this situation since they are more adaptable and since problem this bill seeks to fix only happens a few days a year.
