I was unable to conduct the investigation due to that other person’s actions and funds for the investigation never being approved.

I had inconclusive results due to another employee’s actions.

Objection - Relevance Your Honor, this amicus brief has no bearing on the current case. Additionally, attacks like undermining the Supreme Court in filing this lawsuit are completely inappropriate for this setting. I request the person filing this brief be penalized appropriately.
