Your Honor, I did not get this ping and was unaware of this case. I also had finals in Swedish, English, and Spanish this week, so I only checked my pings. I respectfully request permission to submit a late answer to the complaint.

The prosecutor training is very straightforward, and I believe he picked it up fairly quickly. I also believe we had enough time to assess his competence, legal reasoning, ego, mindset, and overall ability to work as a prosecutor.

While the defense acknowledges that the allocated time has passed, it respectfully requests an additional 24 hours. All Department of Justice employees were celebrating Easter with their families, and as a result, we were unable to post the opening statement.

I believe he joined the Public Defender program after working for months at the DOJ. Yes, we do sometimes hire incompetent people. That’s why it's part of our duty to ensure that only competent employees remain employed, for the sake of the Commonwealth. OBJECTION - LEADING QUESTION
