The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
_Heart_Games_ is repeatably assaulting me, Today it happend 3 times
When i asked him to stop he shot me again with a bow , his last assault was screenshoted and RedFoxCB9 is also witness , he interupted us in middle of business meeting about new investment opportunity and ruined the whole deal thanks to his assault. I think it woud be appropriate to punish him becose i heard i am not only one who is having simular problem with Defendant.

2. Defendant by his behavior ruined my business meeting

The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. 1 hour Jail time for _Heart_Games
2. 100 dolars for Attempted murders and Assaults

Verdict

I am dismissing this case because it's a criminal case, not a civil case. Criminal cases are cases where the Defendant breaks a law, and only a prosecutor from the office of the Attorney General is allowed to prosecute the Defendant. A civil case is a dispute between 2 or more players that usually involves only money. Typically in cases of murder or attempted murder the player should report this to the Department of Justice as soon as possible. However due to the fact that this has been going on for a week, if you believe that the Defendant should be prosecuted, I recommend you contact the Attorney General so that he can assign this case to a prosecutor if he chooses to.
