CRIMINAL ACTION

Taelor (LilDigiVert representing)
Plaintiff

v.

VintageRoses_
Defendant

COMPLAINT

The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows: The Defendant knowingly sold fraudulent items to the Plaintiff's casino as a way to scam the Plaintiff out of over $20,000.

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

I. PARTIES

1. Taelor
2. VintageRoses_

II. FACTS

1. The Plaintiff owns a casino under her CBD plot across from the hospital.
2. The Plaintiff planned on using "Casino Chips" (renamed diamonds) that customers could buy and redeem in order to create a more immersive and realistic casino. This was achieved through a chest shop within the casino. (Ev 1)
3. At the launch of the business, the Plaintiff added 5 stacks of "Casino Chips" in the chest for customers to buy/sell from/to.
4. The Plaintiff logged off on the day of launch and awoke the next day to a loss of $23,000. (Ev 2)
5. The result of /csn history indicated that the Defendant had purchased a total of 4 casino chips legally, but had then sold 230 of them to the same chest shop. Upon opening the chest, it became evident that the Defendant renamed diamonds acquired through external means as "Casino Chip" and sold to the Plaintiff's chest shop.
6. The DEC has confirmed it is a case of fraud, and advised the Plaintiff to settle this dispute in court as it does not have jurisdiction over punishment. (Ev 4)

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF

1. By only buying 4 chips, but redeeming 230, the defendant has broken law 10.1: Fraud by dishonestly redeeming the fraudulent chips in a manner they knew would scam the Plaintiff out of money. (Ev 3)

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF

The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:

1. The $23,000 returned.
2. $3,000 in legal fees

Witnesses: JoanM999, Zab, and BubbaRC.

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

DATED: This 9th day of March 2021

Apologies for the delay in responding to this - there was a miscommunication. The Attorney General has given me notice that he is happy to take up this case, to enable a criminal trial to proceed (Per the Criminal Jurisdiction Act). Would the plaintiff and their representative be happy to proceed on this basis? This would mean the AG would take over this case, though should a guilty be verdict be reached the plaintiff will not be out of pocket. This would enable a criminal conviction to be possible.

Sounds good with Taelor and I!

IN THE COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
SUMMONS
The defendant is required to appear before the court in the case The State v VintageRoses_. Failure to appear within 48 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment in favour of the plaintiff.

If you are seeking legal representation and are unable to proceed within 48 hours, please let the court know so allowances can be made.

Given the lack of response from the defendant, I will proceed with a default judgment. I thank both LilDigIVert for the concise submission and the Attorney General for picking up this case.

Verdict

The evidence presented before the court is unequivocal in the scheme you have pulled. It is clear you dishonestly sought to gain from a genuine business and have disrupted their player experience and caused a significant financial impact. I find you guilty on 226 counts of fraud and order:

- The repayment of $22600 to the plaintiff
- A jail sentence of 40 minutes
- Payment of $1400 in legal fees to the plaintiff

Should any asset seizure warrant be needed to gather these funds, the DoJ can file a warrant. Can a member of the DoJ please confirm the jail sentence has been added when VintageRoses_ next comes online.
