Legalize the cultivation, consumption, and sale of Shrooms

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Ripple Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Sen. RelaxedGV

2 - Reasons
(1) Shrooms give you speed and no bad potion effects besides a few seconds of nausea
(2) Shrooms are known to help with stress, depression, and all that jazz
(3) There is no reason to keep them illegal, they are fairly hard to craft from an economic standpoint due to how little people sell brown mushrooms and since they are near being legalized in many places IRL, why not go ahead and do it in Redmont
