I would also like to request from the Honorable Element a Continence of 48 hours extra prep time.

The Commonwealth would like to agree with the statement made by defence council due to a possible plea deal.

In that case, the extension is granted. I apologize to both parties for my tardiness in this matter.

Does either party have any update in regards to this case? It has been over 48 hours.

Sorry your honour, I had been called into irl work over the couple of days due to lack of staff and have not had the time to sit down with the defence on a plea deal. I have arranged to do this tomorrow and should have a response for you then.

You Honour,

The Commonwealth and the Defence have jointly entered into a plea deal Of which the Defence will plead guilty and accept these charges,

- A fine of $100
- three apologies letters to medical staff involved
- Accepted that on the next offence of this crime, a fine of no less that $500 Dollars be set of which is a quarter of the maximum fine for the charge under Emergency Service Act section 5 subsection 3 Obstruction of an Emergency Service.

I would like to plead guilty to the new charges and accept the plea deal from the Commonwealth. Thank you for your time.
