The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Tender Contract Accountability Act"
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(1) Currently there is nothing preventing an individual from bidding on tender contracts and failing to fulfil them aside from departmental policy banning them from future bids.

(1) When a player and or company is bidding on a tender contract under the ‘Government Tenders’ forum node, they should be doing so with the intention of fulfilling the tender contract.
(2) Departments are permitted to ban and unban individuals from bidding on tenders at their discretion.
(3) Players who fail to fulfil a tender contract by providing the supplies and or works by the specified date shall be subject to the following:
Failure to Comply with Tender Contract
Failing to provide supplies and or works by the specified date after winning a tender contract.
First Offence: $200 Fine
Second Offence: $500 Fine
Third Offence: $1000 Fine
