COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows: My client, Tello, and the Defendant, MrBeast3000, reached an agreement in which my client would loan out $1,000 with a 3% interest rate (a total of $1,030 to be returned). Despite its expiration date of May 16th, 2022, the Defendant has left the discord and discontinued communication with my clients.

I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
1. The Defendant was given a loan of $1,000 ($1,030 with interest) on April 16th 2022.
2. The Defendant was to pay back the loan, in full, a month following receiving the loan, May 16th 2022.
3. It has now been slightly more than 2 months and the Defendant has yet to fully pay back the loan.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The defendant gave their signature on the contract and acknowledged the contract and loan’s existence.
2. The defendant has not fulfilled their part of the contract.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $1,000 to repay the original loan
2. $30 to repay the 3% interest
3. $500 for legal fees

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
WRIT OF SUMMONS

The defendant is required to appear before the court in the case of Tello v. MrBeast3000. Failure to appear within 48 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment in favour of the plaintiff.

I'd also like to remind both parties to be aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.​

Verdict

Given how the defendant has failed to appear in this 48 hours I am ruling in favor of the plaintiff in a default judgement. The Defendant is required to pay $1530 to the plaintiff. This case is now adjourned.
