Stocks Repossession

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Stocks Repossession.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Senator Milqy, Representative Aezal, Senator F6rn, Senator Avelanie

2 - Reasons
(1) Currently there's no way for companies to reprocess stocks from inactive players or banned players.

3 - Repossession
(1) If a individual/entity is inactive for more than 3 months, companies can reclaim their stocks by purchasing back all shares owned by them.
(2) if a player gets active or is unbanned, they may buy back their assets
(a) if a player gets active or is unbanned, they may reclaim their assets
(4) This is recorded by the company informing the Department of Commerce of the share repossession, including the individual/entity's username, playtime information, and number of shares

This act was rescinded with the Economic Standards Act.

(1) The Stocks Repossession Act has a crucial error that renders it useless.

(1) Amend the 'Stocks Repossession Act' (Act of Congress - Stocks Repossession Act) From:
