STATE OF THE GOVERNMENT - NOVEMBER REPORT
The purpose of the State of the Government Reports is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings on the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals.

GOVERNMENT BONUSES
Government Bonuses: $45,100 in total bonuses were given to highly performing government employees.

PRESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
"November has demonstrated the wonderful teamwork that Cabinet has engaged in, and what we have been able to achieve. Although we have had some changes within Cabinet, I believe we have truly progressed as a Government. The first month of my term was daunting, and it took time to adjust to such position, however I feel that we have now settled in for what will be another two great months.
The DOJ has continuously proven to be lawful and effective under the West Administration. Thank you to the tremendous work by our Justice Secretary Toxikkun, and to our newly appointed Attorney General, Matt_S0, as the case alleged against the DOJ was adjourned in our favour. The DEC, in cooperation with the DOH, have been able to effectively implement the Medicare program, establishing affordable treatment for the people. Furthermore, the new State Secretary, Austin27, has been working to ensure an effective delivery of the towns. I am happy to see that Oakridge Bay, run by Zab, has been officially opened to the public this month. There have been many initiatives and new policies implemented this month, including the DER's Green New Deal policy, the DOJ's constable test, and many more that you will see in this report. I am very much pleased with the work of our Departments and hope to see more progress. As we head into the festive season of December, the people can expect an eventful and engaging Government!"

Department Update:
The Department of Education & Commerce has been working this month on bringing back the business rankings from August, creating Unions, creating the Stock Market, and working with the DCT to provide the government supply tenders. This month the DEC bid farewell to it's former deputy treasurer and welcomed Zab into the position. The DEC has also added many members to it's team to assist in the department's goals.

The DPA has been working on recruiting more tour guides, ironing out more events, and the continued activity on the Instagram account. They have had a lot of event coordinators quit or have become inactive, so they are looking to bring in some new people. The DPA is also focused on making it easier for people to suggest events and reworking the tour guide route.

Department Update:
The Department of Construction and Transport has purged a number of inactive and underperforming employees in an attempt to streamline the department. They have been working through a record number of tickets and Government projects. The supply tenders program was also introduced this month. The department began work on festive decorations as well.
Department Goals: In the coming months, we plan on implementing new methods to help distribute population across Hamilton city

Department Update:
The Department of State has been working with the towns of Grónsko and Oakridge Bay to ensure they are delivered as soon as possible and to support their mayors. For the majority of this month, the DOS was without a Secretary. Because of this, auditing was not performed. The Department is working on drafting new policy to advance it's future and to clarify any grey areas that have become apparent since the Secretary change.

Department Update:
The Department’s main focus this month has been promotion of trainee officer to constable. Creating an official constable test to test the skills, knowledge and clear up any misconceptions of trainees moving forward into becoming full constables. They have also tried to include the rest of the department in decisions and make sure that officer’s voices are heard on matters. They had this through their first DOJ meeting and a department voting system that was recently implemented. They have continued their new training as usual and so far it has seemed effective.

Department Update:
The Department of Health has continued to maintain an efficient and reliable Department, consistently auditing doctors. The Department has also been working with the DEC to establish procedure and use of the new Medicare program.

The Department of Environment & Recreation has worked this month to implement new policies such as "The Barn Policy" and "The Green New Deal." The Department has also worked on maintaining wild warps with the amazing help of their Rangers. The Department has worked this month to look into new and different ways to improve and possibly expand the department.
