The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1- Short title and Enactment
(1) this act may be refered to as the Protect the sea act
(2) this act should be enacted immediately upon its signage
(3) this act where written by Representative FTGWop
(4) this act was drafted by FTGWop
(5) this act was co-sponsored by Rep: Yeet_Boy
2- Reasons
(1) the sea that are in the same world as reveille is very dead it has like zero fishes and zero animals in it
(2) Boats are not good for the sea
3- Terms
(1) spawn alot of dolphins and different type of fish in the sea that are in the same world as reveille
(2) only Aventura will be allowed to build boats on the water since it is a fishing town
(3) both Reveille and all the towns except Aventura will not be allowed to build boats over the water since they arent fishing towns or cities
(4) If they build boats over the water then the mayor of each town will be fined 10k per boat built over the water plus removal of the boat
(5) in Reveille will just the boats get removed and no fines except the person that built the boat will get fined 10k
