Amend the Murder Act, increase jail time, and increase the fine for murder

The people of DemocracyCraft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Murder Act Amendment”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Dep. Speaker AndreyMia

2 - Reasons
(1) A 10-minute jail time is not enough to deter people from committing murder.
(2) With a higher fine, more criminals will reconsider their actions.

3 - Amendment
(1) Section III, subsection II of the Murder Act shall be amended from:
a. There is a $100 fine and 10 minutes of jail for each count of murder.
to
b. There is a $150 fine and 15 minutes of jail for each count of murder.

I would like to see the sentence further increased in the future.

Past 150$ fine and 15 minutes of jail, until murder stops being such a normal occurrence.
